Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers to build reliable and resilient interfaces

Build automation of alerting and reporting of interface status, counts, and errors

• Work with internal and external customers to build new interfaces as well as modify existing ones
• Develop documentation around interface builds and messaging standards
• Own and support the infrastructure, including logging and monitoring
• Contributing to all aspects of the database subsystem including database administration, modeling & design, development, query optimization, performance tuning, scalability, and high availability 

These skills/experiences are a must

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years developing with in an HL7 Integration Engine (Cloverleaf, Mirth, Rhapsody, exc.)
• Strong background working in Linux/Unix environments
• Strong background in SQL Server and writing SQL queries or stored procedures
• Familiarity with network architectures and security best practices
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
