This position is responsible for recruiting full-time and contract positions for our Chicago office. This will be done through the development and execution of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
Our team is our strongest asset and we need someone who is never satisfied with a “good enough” candidate.
The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a fast paced culture. This role is all about bringing on the smartest folks and maintaining our culture as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
with A Players - Develop a network of qualified candidates in
advance of need through various sourcing techniques focused on digital talent - Utilize diverse channels of digital and social
media sites for recruitment - Screen candidates and qualify based off of
requirements determined by hiring managers - Be obsessive about candidate experience. You are
self aware, well-spoken on the phone and articulate in emails. You’re
respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be. - Manage scheduling for interview loops and other
recruiting related events - Be knowledgeable about our business and be on
point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc). - Get involved in the community through attending
networking events, meet-ups, etc. - Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and
channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to
provide high quality candidates for open positions. - Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates,
evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checks, and make salary
recommendations. - Drive offer process - including extending
offers, closing candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4-years experience recruiting in
professional services (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT) - Successful track record recruiting and filling
digital roles - Broad and established relationships within the
Chicago tech community - Extensive knowledge of recruiting technical and
sales candidates - Proven ability to take initiative and build
strong, productive relationships - An expert level of knowledge in all full
lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing,
qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and
due diligence. - Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels
of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior
management positions
