International Marketing Manager
Reverb is going global! We’re looking for an experienced marketer to help lead our growth efforts in Canada, Europe and Australia. The role will be focused on customer acquisition and engagement outside the US across all major channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven marketer who’s passionate about gear to help develop and own a key piece of our global expansion.
Reverb.com is a marketplace for music gear that is rapidly changing the way musicians buy and sell online. The company has grown to be the largest music-dedicated marketplace in the world. Reverb is looking for an experienced marketer to develop and implement customer acquisition and engagement activities focused on key markets outside the United States.
The right candidate will have 3-5 years experience specifically focused on consumer marketing outside the US, preferably with early stage, growth-oriented company. They should be passionate about both music and gear, as well as building a leading tech company. The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regionally based marketing plans that incorporate new and traditional channels as well as strategic partnerships with key international brands and influencers. We’re looking for someone who is both creative and data-driven, able to track, test and optimize performance across the conversion funnel.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience and escalating responsibility in digital marketing, focused on markets outside the US, preferably in Europe
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Quantitative analytic capabilities and passion for data-driven marketing decisions and associated reporting tools
- Comfortable being a jack of all trades in a start-up style environment, switching from high-level strategic planning to tactical execution on a daily basis
- Ability to write/edit engaging copy and handle basic design tools
- Knowledge of music gear related publications, communities and events a plus
- Second language a plus
Responsibilities:
- Set and exceed new user and revenue targets
- Work with the Direct of International and Director of Marketing to develop and implement international growth campaigns
- Customize and augment communications for international markets
- Brainstorm and pursue potential branded partnerships
- Track and report on engagement levels across each major marketing channel
