The IT Manager is responsible for assisting staff in Corporate Office and remote workers with technical support of desktop computers, maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Responsible for supporting laptops, desktops, printers and applications in multi-operating system environment deployed throughout the company.
What you will do:
Deliver smiles to customers faces and be the shoulder they cry on when they can’t find a wi-fi connection.
Manage our IT infrastructure in office, including our telephony and employee equipment. Become the local office tech troubleshooting hero.
Support desktops and laptops in a multi-platform OS environment (OSX, Windows)
Help resolve desktop hardware and software issues; Should be experienced in common applications, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Assist with the creation of new accounts and editing/termination of existing account in Google Apps, distribution lists, resetting passwords, etc.
Support Google Apps for Business
Move computers, monitors, and associated equipment
Troubleshoot networking issues on wired and wireless networks
Respond to requests for assistance in person, over the phone, via email, and through an internal trouble ticket system
Troubleshooting mobile devices and tablets
Support other office technology, such as televisions, projectors, video conference equipment etc.
Day-to-day maintenance of computers, printers and other office equipment
Maintain inventory and documentation
Troubleshoot/Resolve virus infections
Assist with additional office duties as needed

Experience and Skills:
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree
Ambition to build, and a love for ambiguity
Detail oriented and an intense approach to your craft
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Network Protocols, Mac OS X, SQL
Superb Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Entrepreneurial personality and a thirst for continuous process improvement
Must possess excellent analytical skills and have demonstrated the ability to produce tangible results
