We are looking for a highly capable candidate with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, one with the capability to learn new rules and business procedures quickly and on the fly, and a strong sense of responsibility about his/her position. You must be able to work full time and on site at our offices in Chicago, IL.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with development teams to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and make sure that product releases follow project specifications;
  • Contribute to the planning process, establishing tasks and forecasts for work;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and with high quality;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

 Work Experience requirements:

 

  • The ability to multitask and manage several projects at any given time; a strong attention to detail;
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to collaborate, act as a team player;
  • Experience in an Agile environment;

 Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or with equivalent professional experience.

 Personality & Style Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Chinese, is required
  • 1 - 2 years of applicable work experience, preferably on a software development team
