What you’ll do:
• Take an active role in evaluating and molding our IT interviewing process to best assess technical talent
• Continue to enhance candidate experience throughout all aspects of our interviewing process
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and partner to evaluate process and candidate experience
• Collaborate with IT Sourcing Strategist on channels to source talent and contribute to our candidate pipeline
• Review and screen all IT candidates
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and evaluate success rates
• Assist with IT campus recruiting, as needed (may include some travel)
• Run reports to provide quarterly and annual recruiting statistics and metrics
• Follow Industry and hiring trends via Internet research and networking; communicating with the team to ensure best practices are in place
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting with a minimum of 1-2 years of IT recruiting
• Ability to gain and sustain credibility with internal and external IT communities
• Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent research, written, organizational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and presence
