As an Application Administrator - Atlassian, you will be responsible for the operation, enhancement, maintenance,  and championing of the internal applications (Atlassian products, etc.) across Relativity.  The Application Administrator - Atlassian works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
  • Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
  • Create comprehensive JIRA workflows (with conditions, validators, and post functions), screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
  • Design & Manage complex Jira/Confluence queries, dashboards for operational/performance reporting metrics and status reports 
  • Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions
  • Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal systems
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products, administration best practices, and agile methodology best practices
  • Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues, and communications
  • Gather requirements from users, propose solutions that meet business needs, and deliver agreed upon solution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
  • Conduct user-training and help-sessions for new features or implementations
  • Manage products gaps from business specifications to product enhancements and/or business process change
  • Promote adoption and best practice of Atlassian suite amongst the user-community
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Information Systems or similar degree
  • 3+ years of experience working with/supporting Jira and Confluence
  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies
  • Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence certification(s) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong JQL knowledge

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to plan ahead and solution for the future
  • Experience working and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with Bitbucket, Service Desk and/or Portfolio for Jira (or similar Portfolio tool) is considered a plus
  • Experience with extending Atlassian products is considered a plus
  • Experience with the following DevOps tools: Git, Chef, and/or Puppet is considered a plus
  • Experience with SQL is considered a plus
  • Experience with LogEntries or Splunk or similar logging tool considered a plus
  • Experience with the methodology of continuous improvement and iteration in a DevOps environment
  • ITIL Foundations certification is considered a plus
