In this role, you'd be a key member of the team and work with multiple departments (e.g. marketing and development.)

Your main responsibilities will include...

• Work with lead designer on different projects ranging from our marketing website, marketing collateral, mobile application, print materials, and UI/UX for the web application
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, and management to design and execute projects that fuel the company's growth and innovation
• Manage time sensitive website updates in a fast paced environment
• Design and create effective marketing material while supporting our brand strategy

Our ideal Jr. Graphic/Web Designer has...

• An obsession with beautiful, modern design concepts
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic and web design
• Designed websites, concepts/wireframes, and style guides that emphasize usability
• Created beautiful graphics/creatives for web and print material
• A strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
• Experience in and passion for web development and design
• Worked well within a team environment and individually
• Excellent communication skills and can connect with both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Artistic and creative skills specifically with regards to the creation of digital content
• A strong eye for detail and a dedication to completing high quality work

Tools/skills/languages that you must be familiar with are...

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Bootstrap
• Responsive web design
• UX best practices and principles
• CRO best practices and principles
• An eye for detail and dedication to quality.- Enjoys typography and color theory.

Bonus points if you have experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud programs and tools such as Unbounce and HubSpot.
