Crafty is a full-service kitchen, kegerator, and events partner for offices, and we are hiring!
When we first launched on December 1, 2015, our business was a craft beer marketplace that delivered delicious, small-batch local craft beers to offices throughout the city. Crafty soon evolved into a full-service kitchen, bar, and events partner for offices in Chicago. Some of our biggest name customers are Google, Uber, Yelp, Salesforce, Trunk Club, WeWork, and Coyote Logistics!
From hot coffee to cold brew coffee, from kegs of craft beer to bottles of Bud Light, from LaCroix to Coke Zero, from Fritos to Skinny Pop, from coffee cups to plastic silverware, and from kitchen operators to bartenders, we offer everything an office kitchen, bar or event would need!
Having a comprehensive product portfolio is a tremendous asset for us; however, our greatest point of differentiation is our people! Each Crafty Kitchen Program customer is assigned a Crafty Kitchen Operator to assist in the management and aesthetic of every office kitchen and bar.
Our Crafty Kitchen Operators quickly become heroes to their clients :) Consider this: our Crafty Kitchen Operators are responsible for the coffee and alcohol in offices full of coffee addicts and happy hour lovers!
Our Crafty Kitchen Operator’s lead three primary activities for each Crafty Kitchen Program customer:
Restocking and Aesthetic Management: stocking the refrigerators, snack bins, and coffee bars and applying that special touch to make every visual detail matter
Inventory Management: reporting inventory levels and fulfilling special product requests
Machine Management: running regular rinse and cleaning cycles on the machines, which are Crafty-owned equipment.

Our employees are joining our family, and we are proud to offer a compensation package that includes an option to join our Crafty healthcare plan to cover both healthcare and dental.

More about Crafty:
Our website is craftydelivers.com.
After graduating Northwestern University and working in the corporate world for a couple years, our Crafty founding team observed something curious: office managers have a really difficult job. They are responsible for getting drink and snacks for the entire office, and they usually don’t have a lot of help. They are the unsung heroes of the office: when things go well, people rarely say a word, and when things go wrong, they hear the complaints.
So, we set out to help office managers, and we started with organizing happy hours. Happy hours are often difficult to organize, especially if a kegerator is involved. Kegerators require technical know-how to fix and service regularly. Most office managers aren’t kegerator technicians - so it’s tough to manage the equipment!
We started with offering alcohol, kegerator, and bartending services for offices. We adapted to what our offices needed - starting with just craft beer kegs, quickly expanding to bottles, domestic beers, wines, spirits, and full bartending and event packages!
Once we began providing reliable service to our customers, they starting asking us for more: “Do you guys do hot coffee as well?”, and “Can you guys provide snacks, sodas, and paper goods?” We always say “Yes!”, and then figure out exactly how to do that effectively.
Currently, Crafty’s three main product lines are:
The Kitchen: snacks, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages
The Bar: alcohol (either cases or on tap)
The Events: event management, bartenders
For coffee services, we are partnered with Limitless Coffee & Tea to bring the most delicious, and cleanest beans to offices around the city. Along with supplying beans / grounds - we also provide all coffee equipment needed.
This is an exciting time for the Crafty team - we hope you are interested in joining us on this incredible journey!
