Lead Generation Associate

The Lead Generation Associate will focus primarily on developing mutually agreed-upon discussions with potential users and the kCura Sales team. Communication will be done through phone calls, e-mail and social media communication (primarily LinkedIn). A Lead Generation Associate will work directly with and for the Director, Enterprise Sales but will have a consistent level of communication with the kCura Marketing team
Responsibilities
• Executing prospecting campaigns
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to devise lead generation strategies
• Prospecting via phone, e-mail and social media tools
• Using qualifying questions to help determine if a prospective client might fit as a potential Relativity user
• Preparing agreements for Account Managers
• Use existing prospecting techniques and develop new levels of communication
• Potentially participate with Account Managers on client calls
• Learn about Relativity and how it’s best positioned and sold in the market
• Learn and execute kCura’s prospecting approach, deployment models and partner network
• Learn and keep up-to-date with the kCura CRM tool, Salesforce.
• Exhibit kCura’s core values in your interactions with co-workers and clients
Qualifications
Minuimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of professionalism and responsiveness
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize accordingly
• Technical background a plus
• Self motivated
• Highly organized
• Friendly and honest with an unparalleled level of customer commitment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a minimal amount of supervision
