As the Lead Product Designer, you will bring world-class interaction design capabilities to our growing team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to help deliver simple, intuitive experiences around new Financial Documents and features within our leading investment research platform for institutional investors. 


The key user experience challenge you’ll oversee is delivering powerful, intuitive tools that transform our customers' research processes, significantly reducing time spent on manual, tedious tasks. You’ll be trusted to understand users, mindsets, and goals to propose novel, cutting-edge capabilities, taking full advantage of our product and engineering teams’ ability to harness AI and advanced data management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality cohesive user experience proposals that achieve target outcomes.
  • Drive outcomes and map UX opportunities to customer and business needs.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts, as well as internal stakeholders to execute projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on establishing and interpreting feature adoption metrics.
  • Utilize and contribute to our visual design language and internal Design System.
  • Perform customer research to discover insights and validate usefulness and usability.
  • Work iteratively and collaboratively to solve for all internal and external feedback.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor, setting new standards for other product designers.
  • Establish clear frameworks and design processes around copywriting and content design.
  • Mentor other designers and foster a supportive environment for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience designing digital products, with an emphasis on skilled in wireframing of diverse directions, captivating stakeholders with a range of concepts/paradigms.
  • Expert in developing User Types and Mental Models, and delivering actionable artifacts for them.
  • Expert in identifying key use cases and aligning teams on User Task Flows.
  • Skilled in crafting flexible and user-friendly navigation for complex platforms with extensive content.
  • Clear communicator and impactful storyteller with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can successfully contribute to developing opportunity maps.
  • Highly adaptable, persistent, and resilient.
