Which is where you come in.

We are seeking a Full-time Legal Forms Automation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented who can automate forms, letters, and agreements to specifications.  This is a perfect position for a paralegal or legal assistant looking to advance into the field of technology while continuing to utilize their legal background and expand their knowledge into additional legal jurisdictions.  This role is an in-house position with standard Monday – Friday.  Over the course of a week your duties could include, but are not limited to:

·      Creating, amending and automating forms, letters and agreements, according to specifications.

·      Review and analyze the above forms in terms of relevance, automation and use.

·      Researching Authority forms from their source in order to compile data and update our content library.

·      Maintain our content library and ensure their currency.

·      Document conversion.

·      QA of converted documents via third party sources.

·      Assess, respond to and complete content-related help desk items.

·      Provide content support to Client Success and Sales team.

·      Establish and build positive relationships with Smokeball clients.

·      Be a subject matter expert with Smokeball and its new features.

·      Laugh and learn everyday with your Smokeball teammates.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE/HAVE:

• Experience using or exposure to one or more of the following document automation/assembly tools:
  Hot Docs, Active Docs, Exari, iManage, Pathagoras, Pro Docs, The Form Tool, The Form Builder
• A Microsoft Word Expert.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive nature, who looks to find solutions to problems instead of just reacting to them, or solving them just to resolve an issue.
• Humility to ask questions, learn and improve.
• Be comfortable with flexibility and change.
• A Team player.

Your impact will include, but is not limited to:

·         As an individual contributor, you will help small law firms with becoming more efficient so that they can grow their practice. 

·         As a member of the Content Team, you will provide critical assistance to members of your team to streamline client automation requests while achieving quarterly team goals.

·         As a member of Smokeball Team, you will contribute to Smokeball’s growth and expansion by becoming the leader in case management software, by increasing Smokeball content for clients.
