ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Logistics Coordinators are on the front line of monitoring and continuously improving the implementation of our service - they are responsible for analyzing different situations, identifying improvements and coaching people to improve their skills.  Ultimately, they are our operations superheroes! They work collaboratively with the Account Management team and the Operations team on scheduling, time-card editing, and a variety of other tasks.  As our services are often performed after normal business hours, night and weekend work is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist with the training and supervision of Field Associates 
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to prepare, organize and maintain the schedule for over 50+ Field Associates 
  • Continuously analyze daily operations to enhance the quality of our product and service operations
  • Communicate honestly and effectively with both the Account Management and Operations team
  • Manage multiple job sites and ensure a quality delivery of service to each one (QA, inventory tracking and replenishment, etc.) 
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Work with HR to ensure accurate time-card submissions
  • Hustle! You are ready to get down and dirty to get the job done
