Last-mile delivery startup seeks operations manager

We are working hard to perfect the most important piece of the ecommerce supply chain: that moment when you finally open a little present you sent to yourself.
We are currently seeking a dispatcher/operations manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience managing couriers in a deadline-driven organization. College education not necessarily required -- what is required are an intense curiosity, a strong sense of duty, and a drive to solve problems.
Other required skills/experience:
+ Proficiency with Excel, basic web applications
+ Cool under pressure -- you'll be supervising 100's of simultaneous deliveries.
+ Confident leader -- you'll be managing dozens of drivers at once.
+ Current drivers license
+ Clean driving record
+ Pass criminal background check
