Ratings and reviews solutions from PowerReviews are essential for consumers as they search and shop online and in-store, and they are proven to increase online site-wide sales.

PowerReviews is now seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead a sales team in our Chicago office. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efforts of a team of Corporate Sales Reps. This candidate must have experience managing the entire sales cycle, a track record on winning new business and the ability to assist new team members and they ramp up in the organization. The Corporate Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Corporate Sales.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-8 Corporate Sales Reps to meet or exceed the team’s sales target
  • Support, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve activity metrics
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly sales results and updates through Salesforce.com
  • Successfully work with other departments (such as Marketing and Implementations) to ensure prospecting and on boarding efforts are inline with sales.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

  • Role is based in our Chicago office
  • A proven track record of reaching/exceeding personal sales goals
  • A proven track record of working closely with reps on your team in a player/coach role
  • A history of organizational compliance with forecasting and SFDC best practices
  • Ability to strongly influence decision makers at the C and VP levels
  • Ability to enter the sales cycle at multiple points to help influence the outcome of an opportunity
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks for highest impact
  • Ability to change in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to simplify problems/situations
