The Marketing team at Hireology is growing, and we are looking to add a Manager, Marketing to the team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving demand and generating advocates for Hireology’s industry leading hiring and talent management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute Hireology’s integrated retail automotive marketing strategy through email, webinar, event and direct channels
- Drive key business metrics including leads, marketing qualified leads and opportunities
- Measure the success of campaigns and optimize approach based on data
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders in retail automotive
- Manage and build targeted email funnels and strategic campaigns, including calls-to-action and content
- Attend events and interact with customers and prospects to position Hireology’s value
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product marketing, sales, external influencers and industry experts to develop content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and audiences
- Deliver training and sales tools to our reps to help them be more efficient and effective
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing demand generation
- Retail automotive industry knowledge is required
- Proficiency using marketing automation software to nurture leads (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers - HubSpot is strongly preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a love for presenting to groups
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
