Manager, Product Infrastructure

As the Manager of Product Infrastructure, you’ll work closely with the Site Reliability Engineering teams to deliver the underlying infrastructure of our product platform. Day-to-day activity will be a mix of business management along with the opportunity to take advantage of your history as a technical individual contributor.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Manage and track our team’s project allocation, helping us to monitor our work load capacity as an entire unit.
- Track and manage infrastructure, operational and internal projects.
- Managing our utilization of third party services, ensuring we’re optimized for both capacity and cost
- Working with SRE Teams to ensure we have adequate capacity from an Infrastructure perspective
- Working with development teams to help prioritize work coming into the Site Reliability Engineering group
- Identify vendor inefficiencies and redundancies and help optimize our spend
We’re looking for someone with experience in
- 2+ years of Management experience
- 5+ years working in an Infrastructure role
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Development experience in at least one language (Python or Java preferred)
- Experience working in a highly distributed environment
