As a key factor in our growth, DialogTech’s Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our prospective customers and is responsible for generating lead volume and warm introductions for our enterprise account executives.

As the Manager, Sales Development, you’ll leverage your significant sales management and lead development expertise to help define and drive our sales development strategy and process. We're looking for an individual with strong leadership attributes, domain expertise in sales / lead development and a real passion for SaaS and Marketing technologies. This position reports to the SVP, Sales.

So, what’s the day-to-day?
  • You’ll hire, train, manage and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), whose roles consist of cold calling, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity identification
  • Optimize a scalable on-boarding and development infrastructure for SDRs in order to minimize their ramp time and expand potential
  • Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting, to drive the right behaviors
  • Collaborate with members of the Sales and Marketing teams to create a multi-channel strategy to drive prospect engagement and achieve pipeline targets
  • Develop a strong understanding of DialogTech’s product messaging, technology platform, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Advocate for the SDR team within the Sales organization and across the company
What You Can Bring to DialogTech:
  • 5+ years sales experience in SaaS, Martech or AdTech, including 2+ years sales leadership experience managing, mentoring, developing sales development teams with six or more members
  • Personal experience and success as a Sales Development Representative, and a mastery of sales development / prospecting strategies, tactics, tools and processes
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to both build a new organization and accelerate an existing team
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.
  • Open and a strong communicator. Establishing and growing relationships comes naturally to you and your presentation style is flexible and approachable.
  • Creativity and out of the box ideas and approaches for building pipeline
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC
  • Successful track record achieving and exceeding team quotas
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
