• Lead the Identification and selection of new technology solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, procurement and finance to streamline and simplify our application portfolio, or enhance our operational and support capabilities.  Drive the requirements gathering identifying necessary/nice to have functionality with intention of solving near term and future technology needs.  

• Manage the creation and delivery of the new technology roadmap, project plans, and execution for implementing solutions into the Global operational environment.

• Build a program management portfolio coordinating resources against those projects to ensure deadlines are met. Drive the construction of technology focused project plans for deployment of new solutions, working in conjunction with operational project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Coordinating with internal product teams to ensure proper integration with internal platforms and alignment on deployment deadlines.

• Working closely with the operational leads to ensure solutions are built and project plans are aligned with their requirements.
