Marketing Analyst
SpotHero is looking for a Marketing Analyst to design, develop, and deliver reporting and actionable marketing analyses that will drive business growth. This highly quantitative, analytical, creative, and technically-sound person will be responsible for marketing analytics, reporting, attribution, forecasting, and testing across digital and offline marketing channels.

What will I do:
- Marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and multi-channel attribution
- Design, develop, and maintain marketing reporting
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and accelerate growth
- Create data-driven marketing strategies
- Develop and implement testing plans for digital and offline marketing channels
- Provide insight to marketing management, executive team and board that will impact the trajectory of the company
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Own site and app analytics platforms and other reporting and attribution tools

- A Technologist. You have extensive experience with tools, platforms, and technologies used to track, measure, and analyze marketing channels.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
- Degree in finance, statistics, math, economics, or other quantitative area preferred
- Proven experience in a data-driven marketing environment
- Expertise in marketing reporting, tracking and measurement, segmentation and attribution, and marketing analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics, mobile analytics, SQL, or BI tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
