Marketing Analyst/Sr. Analyst

Enova’s marketing departments unite digital and offline marketers, account owners, direct marketing specialists and advertising pros who strive to create a cohesive marketing strategy for each of our financial products. These gurus use integrated marketing strategies between e-mail, direct mail, TV, radio, mobile SMS, SEO, paid search, social media, display, and leads and affiliate partnerships to pave the way of our products directly to our customers. Their goals are simple and focused: acquire new customers and retain existing customers, develop brands that create a positive customer experience, and own programs that have measurable bottom-line impact.

Enova is currently searching for a bright, energetic, and analytical marketing analyst to join our team; problem-solvers, self-directors and action-oriented thinkers are required. Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of the company. Successful candidates will be expected to quickly build and maintain relationships with partners while providing ongoing performance analysis and implementing improvements as it relates to the effectiveness of the call transfer leads channel. In addition, you will drive marketing projects across channels including market research, website conversion, and marketing operations. The role will be focusing on supporting Enova’s flagship brand, CashNetUSA.
Areas of focus:
- Manage, create, test and analyze customer acquisition campaigns with paid call lead partners and affiliate partners
- Build strong relationships with paid call lead partners through email, phone calls, weekly reporting exchanges, etc.
- Monitor daily performance to identify new opportunities or problems that may arise.
- React quickly to identify the opportunity/issue, explore potential next steps and solutions, and manage the change to completion.
- Motivate partners to continually identify innovative optimizations and creative tests to drive volume growth and improve customer quality.
- Propose tests and project plans to improve channel performance and execute through working with vendors, tech, and the Enova’s call center.
- Negotiate advertising agreements and contracts (e.g., contract terms, commission structures & rates, placements, filters, etc.).
- Manage additional projects in market research, website conversion, and marketing operations
Do you have a passion for analytics and reporting? So do we! Our marketers analyze data using robust techniques to improve and evolve marketing channel strategies, ultimately growing our business. You’ll need to be able to play nice with internal departments (Analytics, Creative, and Legal) as well as manage external vendor relationships. Since innovation is the name-of-the-game at Enova we’ll be looking at you to explore new initiatives, propose process improvements, and test new marketing channels and/or vendors.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data driven role with vendor relationship experience
- Solid Excel experience required
- Excellent organization, task and project management skills
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate to analyze and interpret business performance
- Ability to visualize data to make information more easily understood
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. Exhibit ability to organize thoughts, communicate professionally and concisely
- Passion for problem solving and working cross-functionally to identify opportunities and resolve them
