Marketing Sr. Analyst (Leads & Affiliates)

In this role, you will be the powerhouse behind our lead generation and affiliate marketing channels. While collaborating with marketing, analytics and lead provider partners you will manage, optimize, and grow our leads and affiliates channels. Successful candidates will be expected to quickly build and maintain relationships with our 3rd party vendors (lead providers) while providing ongoing performance improvements and analysis as it relates to the effectiveness of each campaign.
Areas of focus:
- Manage, create, test and analyze customer acquisition campaigns with lead providers and affiliate partners.
- Build strong relationships with external lead provider and affiliate counterparts through email, phone calls, weekly reporting exchanges, etc.
- React quickly to identify opportunities/issues, explore potential next steps, and manage any changes to completion.
- Provide reporting and data-driven recommendations to Marketing Manager and other key executives. Propose project plans for implementing optimizations and tests.
- Negotiate advertising agreements (e.g., payout terms & rates, placements, filters, etc.).
- Take on additional projects and business responsibilities as opportunities and interests arise.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data driven role with client management experience
- Excellent organization, task and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to organize thoughts, communicate professionally and concisely
- Ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate to analyze and interpret business performance
- Ability to visualize data to make information more easily understood.
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities, with a strong attention to details.
- Solid Excel experience, SQL experience a plus
- Eagerness to develop new marketing skills and business acumen
