Job Description

Joining our Member Service team you will develop a deep understanding of the gift card industry and the flow of our marketplace. You will be in contact with our Members and potential users on a daily basis, and you must be proactive in providing quality customer service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast paced environment, in a timely and effective manner.

This is a full time position that requires 40+ hours per week. This position would require late night shifts as well as working weekends but includes two days off each week.

• ­ Customer service experience is a plus
