Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. The awesomeness doesn’t end there, we also have:

What we want from you:
Seeking high-energy, positive recruiting professionals to provide sales recruiting support. This role will place an emphasis on outbound call activity to schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency Recruiter who is looking to move into a corporate recruiting role. It will allow you to utilize your experience in high call volume while working for a company with a terrific value proposition. We are a pay for performance organization, the financial opportunity for the Corporate Recruiters is outstanding.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates
- Initial contact with candidates and document critical candidate information
- Establish strong rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Send candidate profile and candidate overview to hiring managers.

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-5 years of search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. Sales experience is plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships
- High motivation and drive
- Comfort with phone interactions and cold calling
- Strong listening & follow up skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work as a team to meet deadlines
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
