JOB DESCRIPTION

You'll report to the IT Infrastructure Team Lead and be responsible for assisting in the build out and integration of internal systems for enterprise services and integrated systems. You will be working extensively with the network infrastructure and also the system infrastructure teams. The work will be split between network and systems, with the majority of the time spent on network infrastructure.  If you are looking to focus on networks, and continue to learn new skills this is a perfect fit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ year of experience in IT experience is required
• 1-2 years of experience with systems administration is required
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise networks is required
• Enterprise network experience is required
• Juniper JunOS experience preferred
• AWS hosting experience preferred
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless
• Extensive experience in hardware and operating systems and their diagnostic tools
• Extensive experience navigating the elaborate configurations of core networking technologies, their tools and protocols
• Operational understanding of trunking, multi- and single-mode fiber circuits and cross-connects, VLAN tagging, and link aggregation
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows/Linux, and Storage Area Networks
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven
• Thrives in unstructured environments
• Experience within a sensitive data environment preferred
