What you will contribute:- Be the first point of contact at the front desk and welcome all visitors
- Answer our main phone line and transfer to the appropriate party
- Manage the onboarding process of all new employees
- Keep the kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks and paper goods
- Send holiday gifts to customers recognize important milestones
- Make travel arrangements for team members
- Plan and oversee office events, team outings etc.
- Keep the office space organized and clean
- Handle personal and administrative tasks
- Research speakers for company Lunch and Learns
- Prepare monthly salad bar lunches
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proactive problem solving skills and a desire to learn
- Ability to work and thrive independently
- Experience with work Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Experience multitasking and doing whatever it takes to get things done
- Strong interpersonal skills positive and candidate do attitude
- Experience working in a hyper-growth company is a plus
