Job Functions
- Oversee organization of a bustling office environment.
- Executive assistant to the CEO
- Plan and execute office events
- Greet and host guests and clients that visit the office.
- Coordinate travel
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not a requirement
- Willingness to learn and stretch the boundaries of what is possible.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
