The job:
This role is 1-part Operations, 1-part Business Development, and 1-part Project Management. First and foremost, you’ll be responsible for managing our day-to-day business operations with our COO, including office management, bookkeeping, and some HR-related responsibilities. You’ll also get to try your hand at supporting our division directors on their various initiatives within Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Your specific responsibilities include:
Maintaining a smooth-running, friendly, and efficient office environment
Managing our books including accounts payable/receivable
Sales support - assisting our Director of Sales in special projects including building lead lists and analyzing sales data
Marketing support - assisting our Director of Marketing in special projects including writing blog content, creating marketing collateral, and analyzing marketing campaigns
Customer Success support - assisting our Director of Customer Success in special projects including support ticketing, user testing, and user surveying
Product support - Assisting our Development team in regular quality assurance testing of our product
You are:

Experience & skills:
Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university
Relevant experience in business, technology, or entrepreneurship (from your past internships, part-time work, or hobbies)
Experience working in a professional office setting is preferred
Great at working with a team
Clear written and verbal communicator
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
