We are seeking passionate operations manager to join our small and close-knit team and help evolve our company grow.

 

About The Role 

The Operations Manager role is a uniquely important role for the company. This role reports directly into the Founder/CEO and is the responsible person for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company while implementing effective processes to facilitate sales and operations.  A typical day consists of masterfully and efficiently handling issues that arise in the field, managing a pipeline of new location installations, and finding time to work on analytical projects that support other key functions in the company: sales and marketing. Ideal candidates are dynamic, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and can manage several competing priorities at once. 

Role Functions

  1. Sales fulfillment - responsible for overseeing and executing the entire post-sale preparation and installation process
  2. Sales operations – responsible for implementing and refining systems around sales CRM and sales reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  3. Lead sourcing – responsible for working with external sources to procure large quantities of leads for our sales team
  4. Supply chain & vendor management - responsible for timely procurement of equipment and supplies
  5. Account management - responsible for handling issues with partners and maintaining positive relationships
  6. Customer support – ultimately responsible for customer-support efforts and managing our field operations/customer support specialist
  7. Financial operations - responsible for calculating and disbursing partner commissions and any applicable taxes on a regular basis
  8. Ad hoc reporting - responsible for delivering business reports to other teammates as requested

Requirements

·      3+ years of experience in an operational role

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher

·      Demonstrable success in prior operational roles
