Operations & Onboarding Manager
The Operations & Onboarding Manager is responsible for a managing the customer onboarding processes at Telnyx. You’ll be tasked with getting customers up and running efficiently and quickly. Successful onboarding requires the right combination of technical skill, customer focused approach, project management, and analytical acumen. In this role you’ll work closely with the Sales and Engineering teams as well as with customers and telecom carriers around the world.
Responsibilities
Project manage the technical customer onboarding process
Make a great first impression with customers and be available to help them succeed on the Telnyx platform
Grow and manage a team of onboarding specialists
Get your hands dirty solving problems
Identify and implement new ways to improve the onboarding process
Track onboardings from start to finish with a key eye towards improving efficiency
Serve as a liaison between Telnyx, other telecom carriers and customers
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in an operational or technical client-success focused role
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage a large number of simultaneous onboardings
Ability to manage and mentor a team of 3 to 5 people
Strong Excel skills
Willingness to call customers and other telecom carriers to break down whatever barriers are holding up onboarding
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
