Operations Quality Control/Customer Service Representative (DiningIn)

The Operations QC/CE in each market reports directly to the Operations Manager. This position is responsible for managing communication with the DiningIn drivers to ensure that they receive clear direction regarding deliveries. They are responsible for communicating with the restaurants and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The QC/CE is also responsible for communicating with the customers regarding status and working to manage expectations or to communicate issues. The QC/CE is responsible for working with the Customer Experience Specialists to ensure that they are aware of any issues or concerns that may be occurring either with drivers/traffic/ restaurants. The QC/CE at times will also work as a Dispatcher on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with the restaurants to manage order expectations or resolve issues.
2. Communicating directions, issues and troubleshooting with the drivers.
3. Communicating expectations and accurate quote times with customers and resolve issues.
4. Communicating with the Corporate Concierges so that they are aware of issues or challenges with specific restaurants and/challenges that could impact delivery times.
5. Serving as a Backup Dispatcher, when needed.
