Outbound Sales Representative
Sertifi is looking for an ambitious self-starter who wants to play an integral role on our growing sales team. You will work closely with our Sales Director to build a strong pipeline, set up demonstrations for the sales team, penetrate key target accounts and cultivate relationships with potential clients. This is a competitive salary + commission opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to from our target lists within the
hospitality industry - Discover new leads through internet research and social media
monitoring/commenting - Follow up with leads from Trade Shows, webinars, website, etc.
- Send relevant written sales materials and resources to prospective
customers - Efficiency with Salesforce.com to input daily activity
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales rep based on product,
territory and channel - Conduct effective and professional business discovery calls to
determine if there is a potential fit - Attend interactive weekly meetings with sales team to discuss
pipeline and brainstorm new ideas for growth - Achieve monthly quota for qualified opportunities and closed
business
Requirements
- 2-3 years B2B lead generation experience
- Demonstrated success in a competitive outbound sales
environment/experience working within a KPI driven environment - Working knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation
- Hunter mentality in seeking out new business
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and advanced knowledge of
computer applications and internet - Ability to engage with high-level decision makers with a professional
and upbeat attitude - Someone who does not take rejection personally
- Overcome objections and uncover needs with a consultative sales
approach - Understand the value of leveraging referrals to reach decision
makers - Ambition to be promoted to a account executive and to grow within our company
Some travel required to target accounts and tradeshows
