Our team is comprised of top-notch sales, hr, tech, administrative and marketing folks - we're a small and rapidly growing healthcare technology company that's changing the face of digital recruitment.  The company is founded by seasoned entrepreneurs, Christian-based, and profitable. We're looking for someone to help be the glue to hold us together by serving as the front door to our staff and customers part-time at our office in downtown Chicago (corner of Michigan and Wacker).

We're seeking candidates available 25 - 28 hours per week within the below windows:

Monday: 9-5

Tuesday: 9-5

Wednesday: 9-3

Thursday: 9-3

Friday: 9-2

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering the phone, courting customers, and triaging calls

• Helping stock the office, accept deliveries, greet guests, etc.

• Working on special projects for various teams including data entry and web research

• Assisting with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)

• Helping organize team outings

This position will be good for you if you’re good at:

• Communicating clearly and enthusiastically on the phone

• Rolling out the red carpet for guests and coworkers

• Taking the initiative to problem-solve

• Multi-tasking and adjusting priorities with confidence
