Position Summary:

Spring is currently seeking a motivated, technology-savvy Partnership Manager to join our quickly growing Chicago-based startup. This person will be a proactive, detail oriented self-starter comfortable working in an unstructured, start-up environment and have a hunger for finding problems and building innovative solutions.  As Partnership Manager, you will be involved in all facets of the National Enterprise business.  The Enterprise division of Springs provides malls and retailers insight into the Spring operating system, working with them to maximize its success, thus driving greater shopper traffic and increased transaction size.  As part of the Enterprise team, the Partnership Manager will interface closely with the operations and content teams to launch, nurture and help grow our current portfolio of Mall Partnerships. 

This is a great opportunity for the ideal candidate to gain exposure to the digital advertising space, build upon their account management skills and increase his/her knowledge of the technical aspects of the credit card processing industry in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding pipeline and ensure new clients launch successfully and on time for the Enterprise Program
• Oversee the client testing and onboarding process and third party partnerships through training, scheduling, budget management and billing
• Assist the Partnership Director in compiling and organizing information for client presentations and weekly/monthly updates
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of each mall partner, managing relationships at the individual mall management/marketing level
• Enter data and maintain data accuracy within Salesforce.com 
• Work with operations to ensure equipment is properly ordered, setup and shipped to clients for the Enterprise program
• Complete special projects as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing or advertising support role
• Relevant experience in campaign activations, operations or account management within an agency, media or digital environment is preferred
• Familiarity with digital/web concepts such as widgets, HTML, production environments, various creative formats such as JPEG, etc. a plus
• Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vLookup, creating formulas, Pivot Tables, Index search etc.), PowerPoint
• Advance knowledge of Google Docs, particularly in Google Sheets
• 2-5 years’ experience with SalesForce 
• Strong time and project management skills a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to sit or stand at a desk in front of a computer for long periods of time
