Paro is looking for an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients through a defined outside sales process. You will:
  • Be a critical member of the team by helping to define our acquisition strategy
  • Meet with prospective clients to educate them on our service and sign them up for recurring service(s)
  • Follow up and follow through with prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals 
  • Be responsible for managing an end-to-end sales deck
  • Manage a complex sales cycle and process
  • Add to the culture by being your awesome self
You:
  • 2-5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in a services-oriented business, though not required
  • Successful track record selling using a consultative sales approach 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are obsessed with closing a deal - receiving a ‘no’ is simply a detour not a dead end 
  • Highly motivated and persuasive with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Hardworking, ambitious, and organized 
  • You want a position with almost limitless upside
  • You are considered the most charismatic in your circle of friends
