MAIN COURSE (Job Responsibilities):Administration associated with the information necessary to process the company’s Global payroll. Also serves as the primary coworker contact for payroll issues.
- Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls including but not limited to verifying hours, calculating OT & retro pay; processing benefit deductions, audits, resolving discrepancies, tax set up verification, wage assignments
- Periodic audits of vacation/sick/PTO, assist facility to reconcile exceptions
- Manage 401K deferral rates, 401K loans in payroll system
- Prepares wires and debit advices associated with payroll
- Provide ad-hoc payroll or job/salary reports for HR, operations, accounting or other departments as requested
- Complete quarterly and year end balancing of payrolls including researching errors with vendor
- Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives, keeping management informed of changes and work that is in progress
- Periodic audits of vacation/sick/PTO, assist facility to reconcile exceptions
- Maintains confidentiality and security of payroll data and records.
- Other duties as assigned
- HS diploma plus 2-3 years Payroll experience
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise E-time a plus
- FPC/CPP Certification a plus
