The Product Manager will assist with the accomplishment of $2m monthly subscription revenue within 24 months. Determine product strategy and communicate that strategy across internal teams and customer segments.  Identify and research competitive threats.  Prepare feature specifications for the product development team.  Prepare and present product strategy and competitive analysis to the executive team quarterly.  Support product marketing and sales initiatives.  Work with customers, account managers, and support engineers to identify opportunities for product maturity 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine product strategy for top 100 Retailers and eCommerce companies to grow revenue to $2M in MRR over the next 24 months 
• Identify areas of improvement per existing product 
• Identify the competitive strengths and weaknesses of our product and feature set    
• Work with Marketing to organize and lead a Customer Advisory Board 
• Increase product usage across existing customer base by 30% and determine a strategy to measure customer satisfaction metrics 

  Skills and Qualifications

  Bachelors degree and 3+ years of related experience in a SaaS environment 

  • 3+ years of product management experience 
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle 
  • Experience interacting with customers and improving their product experience
  • Attention to detail and strategic thinking
