Product Marketing Manager
Hireology is looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager with a passion for marketing and technology. The Product Marketing Manager will be the voice of our product and act as a trusted liaison between Hireology’s Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to communicate exciting product innovations and execute the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue enablement – Ensure that Hireology’s sales, account management, and marketing teams are prepared to engage with customers and prospects with compelling product information and value propositions by developing and delivering sales tools, content, and internal training.
- Product launch – Plan and execute the launch of product releases and new offerings – both internally and externally – and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Market intelligence – Be the expert on Hireology’s target markets and buyers, how and why they buy, and track market trends and the competition.
- Content development – Create and maintain product fact sheets, thought leadership content, FAQs, blog posts, presentations, web copy, and more to position Hireology and its products at the forefront of the industry.
- Partner marketing – Develop go-to-market plans to leverage relationships with strategic partners that drive market exposure, product differentiation, and joint success.
- Reference program – Collect, develop, and maintain Hireology’s catalog of testimonials, case studies, and client references for use in sales and marketing programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Marketing
- Experience with B2B technology products a plus!
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player; desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
