Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Product Manager, Employee Success. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

 

Summary & Scope: 

Rise Interactive looks to hire a Product Manager focusing on the various products and service offerings within the Employee Services Department.  This person will report to the Associate Director, Employee Services and work directly with all levels of the organization across departments to scope, design, implement and optimize key programs and technology offerings to enable, train, and retain customers throughout the journey.  This person must have superior problem-solving skills to quickly and thoroughly evaluate needs of the stakeholders across teams, analytical acumen, and tenacious technical prowess to ultimately build the user stories, curate content, rollout the products, and test/optimize for further iterative improvements.

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable training content to foster and grow desired knowledge, processes, and skills to enable a large and growing services team to execute new launches quickly
  • Develop targets and metrics to measure the success of training programs
  • Review business processes and map current-state workflows to help identify the best way to set-up and deploy new applications to achieve future-state goals
  • Directs the design, planning, delivery and implementation of a wide variety of learning initiatives training programs, policies, and procedures
  • Utilizes data-driven and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve processes
  • Partners with Leaders to identify training opportunities through needs analysis
  • Addresses skill development and deficiencies
  • Collaborates with internal SME’s
  • Oversees relationships with vendors to ensure employee participation in external training programs
  • Excellent communication skills and editing for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development; this includes skill in collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help write and develop both technical and non-technical content.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in management consulting, product management, project management, industrial design.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Experience in a Product and/or Project Management role
  • Analytical Skills - ability to work in and manipulate data to tell a story
  • Strong communication both verbal and written through email, powerpoint, etc., both formally and informally
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills: must be comfortable with presenting to, working with all levels, skills, and departments of the organization
  • Ability to build rapport and consensus amongst stakeholders and management
  • Strong working experience in CMS, LMS, or databases including but not limited to marketing automation, and customer journeys
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Technology industries a plus
  • Technical skills: Google Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets, Forms
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint: Pivot Tables, v-lookups, etc.
