We are looking for a dynamic leader with great people skills and a solution driven mindset. The team will create a qualitative and quantitative story describing the impact of their specialist on queue volume, quality of service, self service and product experience. The Team Lead is fundamentally responsible for a team (up to 10 members). Team Leads work closely with Directors to ensure streamlined performance and communication consistency. A comprehensive knowledge of ActiveCampaign product/process, leadership, positive communications skills and teamwork are vital traits.
What your day could consist of:- Provide day to day leadership for specialist
- Handle escalations
- Provide informal training via team meetings
- Work with training to facilitate onboarding or continuous training modules
- Provide weekly reports based on team performance (CAST, Pace, QC, etc.)
- Identify weaknesses and improvement plans
- Create development plans
- Partner with aux. teams (Solutions, QC, Content, etc)
- Work closely with leadership to drive KPI impacting projects
- 2-3 years as a frontline supervisor for digital product(s)
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A positive and servant leader mentality
- Ability to think “big picture” and from a strategiv perspective
- Great people management skills
- Experience with ZenDesk, Slack, etc.
