• Define scope and risk mitigation for all product initiatives.
• Ensure user stories, estimates, and acceptance criteria preparedness.
• Organize, facilitate and provide direction during project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Structure and oversee internal processes - help us run better. Identify areas we can improve and help us achieve those improvements. Remember, we’re still an scrappy startup (sort of), so no process for the sake of process.
• Contribute on QA/UAT to help expedite releases where it makes sense.
• Ensure coordination and participation of stakeholders and provide day to day oversight of all ongoing project/product work.
• Communicate project risks.
• Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence; providing software training to team members as needed. Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team.
• Assist team with making appropriate commitments through epic selection, Story assignments and Task definition.

• You can handle multiple tasks and priorities independently. You’re a juggler (figuratively, and/or literally - both are cool).
• You’re a hyper-collaborator who knows how to work with many stakeholders and a variety of teams.
• Some project management experience is great.
• Experience running scrum is a bonus.
• Experience working within a product development team is even better.
• You’re an organization freak. You have a label on your label maker.
• You studied anything at college that’s interesting. The question is how have you applied yourself in a few years of experience in the real world and do you want to take it to the next level here. (Translation: Bachelor degree prefered.)
