About the Role
As an Eved Project Manager, you will act as the lead on product release communications, including generating user help guides, coordinating both internal and client-facing requirements reviews. You will draft and write requirements documents that will be handed off to the engineering team. You will also direct internal QA testing for enhancements and releases through the creation of thorough user stories. In this role, you will track and prioritize improvements and bugs found during testing both leading up to and following release dates. You will also generate product launch plans and ensure deadlines are met by internal stakeholders. As Project Manager, you will works closely with the VP of Development and product managers to ensure consistency across the platform

- You're fairly new to project management and want to continue to build your skills
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of software product management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of cloud-based technology and/or software as a service
- Experience in one or more of the following a plus: Event or hospitality industry, procurement, financial software systems, or tech startup
- Experience using Jira, Desk.com and other ticketing systems a plus
