Target Data is currently looking to add a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating the timely, accurate and a smooth transition from prospect to client. Delivering an outstanding client experience during the onboard process is an essential portion of our business solution. This a fantastic role that will allow you to work with multiple department and teams, as well our growing list of brand-name clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifies, defines and manages the overall program plan, execution, resource management, and issue tracking for new clients
- Coordinates inter-project dependencies
- Provides task assignments, work direction, guidance and support to assigned teams as required
- Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members
- Facilitates team meetings to review projects and campaigns
- Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally when necessary
- Reviews deliverables prepared by the team prior to presenting to clients
- Use approved project management techniques to track progress against planned targets throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Tracks key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborates with the VP, Client Services to negotiate resolutions on project hurdles that threaten cost, schedule or project scope
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
- Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience
- Multi-task effectively with precise attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and creatively resolve problems
- Exceptional team player possessing initiative and motivation to work unsupervised • BA/BS degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and proficient with Mac iOS
