Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Rapidly growing IT Professional Services Firm in La Grange, IL is seeking to hire a "Administratie Assistant/Data Entry" within our Service Department Support team. The PSSA/R will be responsible for researching products, building quotes for the Service and Pre-Sales Dept. and providing general administrative support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop understanding and use of our inventory management system and procedures
• Source out products and/or services through established vendors
• Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to encourage aggressive pricing
• Learn client infrastructure to recommend/verify proper solutions
• Document any and all information gathered pertaining to opportunity
• There is value to being 'technology-comfortable' d having sincere deire olearn and grow
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the IT/Technology industry is helpful
• Previous experience in a fast paced, production environment preferred

• Excellent typing, written and oral communication skills
