Seeking candidates available for at least 15 hours per week within the below time frames. Schedules up to 28 hours per week also currently available.
A day in the shoes of a Recruitment Coordinator:
Review daily plan to prioritize your recruitment activities for the day
Take inbound calls and recruitment outbound -- in an 8 hour day, you'll talk to 100+ caregivers
Interview, Screen, and book interviews for our clients
Entice caregiver to job fairs
Build rapport with candidates
This position will be good for you if you're good at:
Advocating and empathizing
Communicating clearly, and speaking eloquently
Customer service
Available Shifts:
Seeking candidates available for at least 15 hours per week within the below time frames. Schedules up to 28 hours per week also currently available.
- Monday (8am - 7:30pm)
- Tuesday (8am - 7:30pm)
- Wednesday (8am - 7:30pm)
- Thursday (8am - 6pm)
Pay & Benefits:
- $13 - $15/hour depending on experience

Experience:
- Willing to train candidates, however prior recruitment or customer service experience a plus
