WHO ARE YOU 

The Regional Vice President of Strategic Enterprises will own the executive relationships and strategy for our most Strategic Enterprise clients (approximately 10 named accounts). They will be responsible for the strategy behind retention and growth within their assigned health systems. This individual will accomplish this by proactively working with our clients to understand their top board and executive level initiatives, and capture feedback to drive the adoption of our solutions.

They will work with their clients and the assigned Outcome Health team of Client Success Executives (CSE) to uncover best practices and distribute them throughout the system to ensure optimization of our solutions. In addition to maintaining the relationships at the C-Suite, the RVP will work closely with their clients to introduce new products and solutions and expand our current footprint.

This leader will also be intensely focused on data and metrics to validate performance and catalyze improvement within their clients. While anecdotal outcomes are important, we are driven to materially move the dial for our clients and support that with data. We are committed to driving better outcomes for our clients and want to show them a measurable impact on their key strategic objectives.

As an important leader of this team, your success will be determined by working closely with our internal teams and leading the strategy for creative problem-solving and understanding innovative ways to best deliver world-class service to exceed the expectations of the health system executives. You will be responsible for building out the strategy for each assigned client with your CSE to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations. The leader will accomplish this goal by conducting account reviews, executive business reviews, onsite meetings, and gaining a clear understanding of each client's goals and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Healthcare as a leader and experience with calling on the C-suite of the top systems in the country
  • Strong leadership experience, with proven success of managing a market with multiple levels of resources
  • Ability to be a self-starter and to function effectively during times of ambiguity, change and growth
  • Experience in navigating complex hierarchies and complicated internal relationships at large healthcare delivery systems
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience in healthcare, health systems, and technology
  • Experience working in high growth or hyper-growth organizations
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment where we are flying the plane while we are building it
  • Minimum of 3 years spent in a technology or technology services environment (hardware, Software as a Service, etc.)
  • Strong presentation skills and consultative closing skills
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary (approximately 30 % travel)
