As a Relativity Trainer, you will be responsible for the facilitation of in-person trainings to best serve internal and external clients in understanding and using kCura’s core products more effectively. The Relativity Trainerworks under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in person trainings for internal and external clients
  • Provides consultative service and assistance to company leadership/training team on training projects, training outlines, and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintains records of participation in classes 
  • Assist with evaluations of training programs, and makes training recommendations to management
  • Stays up to date on all of kCura’s core products to provide a robust training experience
  • Assists with the train the trainer program
  • Assists in training ramp up
  • Provides timely follow up to trainee attendees
  • Travels 60% each month to deliver training including international travel 
  • Works in collaboration and partnership with other team members
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2 - 5 years of training experience in e-discovery
• Effective and professional communication skills 
• Advanced understanding of e-discovery and the legal industry

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to deliver effective training 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong technical skills
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles 
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a collaborative environment 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Advanced experience in the software technology sector
