RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help coordinate/manage the logistics of both internal and external team events
- Responsible for working with the team to manage sales travel and booking
- Assist the sales leadership team with simple analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Use Salesforce.com to accurately to track and report on opportunities, accounts, and events as requested by sales management
- Handle the management of monthly team expense reporting process
- Engage in a team environment while focusing on individual contributions
- Work with the Sales Fulfillment Team to resolve issues and ensure the completion of the go-live process for new restaurants as necessary
- Support sales contest setup and manage communications and updates while they are in process
- Strive to surpass all performance goals as outlined by restaurant sales management
- Willingness to learn and develop the skills necessary for continued improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to remain flexible and maintain a positive attitude
- A firm grasp on the basics of using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Eagerness to jump in quickly and help with projects as they develop
- Ability to coordinate and work with other internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to show patience with extreme persistence and meticulous follow through
- Great attention to detail and superior organizational and calendar management skills
- Work well in both a team and individual environment
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly evolving business environment
