Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
·Engage with Sr. Consultants, Managers and Enterprise Account Managers
·Contact Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Operations Managers and other industry professionals
·Actively pursue a targeted list of customers to drive forward opportunities for the team
·Identify and initiate qualifying and closing opportunities to meet growth and revenue commitments
·Initiate and develop lasting and valued business relationships with clients and industry influencers
·Maintain high levels of knowledge and expertise regarding our customers and the construction software industry
·Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation to clients
·Forward technical and operations questions or issues that may arise during a sales pursuit
·Manage appropriate customer expectations throughout the sales cycle
·Negotiate contracts and agreements as required
·Assist with post-sales support, ensuring projects are effectively and transitioned to Operations
Experience/Education:
·Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing and growing account relationships
·Specific examples of previous experience growing account relationships and exceeding revenue goals
·Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts
·Well-versed in prospect identification, solution selling, and forecasting
·Skilled in product presentations with the ability to customize solutions based on client needs
·Salesforce.com experience
·Construction industry knowledge helpful but not required
