Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative will be focused on generating interest in Raise Marketplace as the only true marketplace for gift card resale. In this role, you will contact prospective clients and research new verticals via phone, email and social channels with the goal of securing qualified demos for our Sales Associates and Account Executives. This will consist of following up on inbound leads, cold calling new prospective clients, and researching new verticals.
The Following are essential components to the role:
clean, correct, and organize current sales leads in CRM
rank sales leads on regular basis in CRM consistent to business model
prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads of current and new verticals
develop new business through phone and email to introduce business model to potential clients for sales reps to pursue
Book demos with prospects and hand off to sales reps in the form of “warm leads”
manage data in Salesforce.com ensuring information is up to date and accurate on a regular basis
prepare and analyze sales reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.com
conduct lead and account allocation to maintain sales funnel
identify strength and weaknesses of sales team and develop creative ideas to implement new processes
constant communication with sales and account management to assist with processes in place
Qualified candidates should have the following:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
Either 1-2 years of sales or research experience
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Highly organized and detail oriented
